WelcomeIt’s fair to say that we have all been affected by one way or another during the coronavirus pandemic; from being in ‘lockdown’ to social distancing and generally adapting to a new way of life, it continues to be an unusual and challenging time for us all. But we are delighted to inform you that we will be remaining open for face-to-face care and are welcoming patients in line with the latest government guidance.
From our reopening in June the commitment to being covid safe, and the health, safety and wellbeing of our team, patients and suppliers has been our top priority. We have excellent infection control procedures in place, enhanced cleaning and sanitising protocols and all of the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure everyone’s safety and welfare. Along with these measures we also have a robust Covid-19 triaging policy which includes taking the temperatures of all staff and patients on arrival at the practice, screening forms and rigorous sanitisation procedures. These measures are all designed for everyone’s comfort and safety and to help put your mind at ease. As a result of these measures, you will notice the practice looks slightly different.
Your oral health is important and screening for oral diseases including cancer is vital, therefore we will continue as normal to see patients for their routine care, including examinations, hygiene and treatment appointments and we actively encourage you to visit us – you will be in safe hands.
We are open to care for your smiles
So, if you are in need of oral health advice, have a dental problem or are interested in having treatment with us, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
